Integration with OmniFocus
OmniFocus by OmniGroup is a widely used task manager for Mac and iOS.
With the installation of a plugin, Replies can integrate with OmniFocus and enable you to create tasks based on your support requests. If you need to communicate with your customer or consult the whole conversation for more info, the OmniFocus task contains a link to the Replies conversation.
How to install the OmniFocus plugin
To get the integration working, you need to download and install the plugin:
- Download the
RepliesClippingHandler.plugin.zip. - Uncompress the ZIP file.
- In Finder, navigate to
HOME/Library/Application Support/OmniFocusand if not existing, create thePlug-Insfolder. - Move the

- The selected text
You can change any of these fields and then press the
Save button to create the task. As a result, the task
is stored in the Inbox OmniFocus folder.

right side.
