Integration with Tender
Tender is a popular helpdesk web service for support teams. Support people using Tender often use email to read, discuss, and resolve issues.
Replies works great with Tender email notifications and adds some productive optimizations:

1. [Tender] mark
The [Tender] token is added next to the 'from'
address; this way you know you are answering through Tender instead
of directly emailing your customer.
2. Real from email address
Instead of displaying the Tender long and generic 'from' address, Replies shows the customer's 'from' address normally shown in the message text.
For instance, instead of showing:
Ruben Bakker
<tender+d28bc4474dc01b35b2e99b36c563b76d3c9009c9d@tenderapp.com>
Replies displays: Ruben Bakker
<ruben@example.com>
3. Clean message text
Replies removes the message's "boilerplate" lines, like //
Add your reply above here, From:,
Subject and all notification options at the bottom of
the text.
Replies makes sure you cannot insert a snippet in the middle of quoted text, as this text would be ignored by Tender.
Mark as resolve
When you send a message and mark the conversation as resolved,
Replies will automatically insert the #resolve email
command to resolve the Tender discussion.
